In the Spring semester of 2015, the final class needed for the MBA degree, I worked with Temi on our Team project that involved an in depth analysis with recommends of a beloved U.S.family restaurant. 

For those intense months, Temi worked diligently to keep the team focused on the 'numbers'. With her expertise, not only researching but translating the data into meaningful and valuable information, we grew as a team. Her keen focus and attention to detail translated to trust and was always hand in hand with professionalism and enthusiasm. She played an integral role to our presentation by attendance to meetings, providing input for improvement and keeping team spirit ongoing. 

My experience revolves around the clinical laboratory and with Temi, I learned to appreciate 'the numbers'. Please consider my remarks as an honest opinion of Temi and it is with great pleasure to endorse her skills and potential.

Temi is a very dedicated team member. Due to the nature of SEC reporting and the related deadlines, she would spend many late nights ensuring those deadlines were met. She always wore a smile on her face regardless of how late she may have worked the prior night. She also had a way of using humor to diffuse tense situations. I admired her work ethic and enjoyed the opportunity to work with her. Any company would be lucky to have Temi as an employee.
